These ticks are from last time.
All set up? The recording starts when worship starts.
Everything is set up. Your main job now is to make sure the whole service gets recorded.
Service finished? Save the recording before you unplug anything.
Save the recording first. Then pack everything away the way you found it.
All packed away? Clear every tick so next week’s team starts fresh.
Something not working?
Check this first
Make sure every cable is in the Mac mini port with its label, and every plug is in its labelled socket on TABLE POWER. A device in the wrong Mac mini port can stop the screens working properly.
Nothing has power
Check the wall socket and MAIN POWER are both switched on. The red lights should be on.
No camera picture in QuickTime
Check the camera is on and the lens cap is off. Check the Cam Link is plugged into CAMERA. Then click the small arrow next to QuickTime’s record button and choose Cam Link.
The big screens show the same thing as the monitor
First check every device is in its labelled port on the Mac mini. If they are, the Mac is mirroring. Open System Settings › Displays and set the screens to Extended.
The front screen is blank
First check every device is in its labelled port on the Mac mini. Then check the HDMI transmitter is in HDMI 1 and the receiver at the front stage wall port is paired. Then check ProPresenter’s Audience output is set to EPSON PJ.
The volume keys don’t do anything
That’s normal while the sound goes to the EPSON. Use the volume slider in the Music app.
FGS Drive isn’t on the Desktop
Check FGS Drive is plugged into the multiport dock, and the dock is plugged into MULTIPORT on the Mac mini.
